Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
We ship domestically within the United States. Standard transit time is typically 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier conditions. Free domestic shipping is available on qualifying orders over $200.
Products are sold and shipped for research use only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are acquiring these materials for lawful laboratory and research purposes, and that you will not use them for human or veterinary consumption. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, incorrect, or defective, contact us at getpeptidesbot@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified cases at our discretion. For shipments that show no tracking movement or are lost by the carrier, contact us and we will open an investigation.
Due to the nature of research chemicals and to preserve product integrity, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or once a damaged/incorrect claim is verified. Processing times for refunds vary by payment method and provider.
Every batch ships with access to a third-party Certificate of Analysis. If the material you receive does not match its published COA on independent testing, contact us and we will make it right.
